Buying Habits That Are NOT Classy!

Have you ever noticed how truly elegant ladies allocate their money to create their long-term goals? This is from the way they look to how they choose to treat themselves in every aspect of their lives. There’s something very interesting about how they do it, as it doesn’t seem to matter if they have a lot of financial resources or if they’re on quite a modest budget.

Now, the thing that you may find very curious is that using money in the way that best supports what you want for yourself is not a matter of how much you have but what you prioritize. For those ladies on a very tight budget, it may be a matter of spending money on mostly their very basic needs, whereas for ladies with a little more money, they may have the ability to buy more expensive items or items of high quality more often, or maybe even all the time. There is no denying that life can certainly be easier when you have more buying power. However, if you are a little bit clever about the way you realize what is worth spending your money on and what is less important, even ladies with not a lot of discretionary income can be able to do this life hack.

One of the things I always talk about is investing in yourself. Why?

Because the only thing that you can guarantee that will be there for you your entire life is you!

This is why you are your own best investment.

So how do you avoid buying habits that are wasteful and therefore not classy?

You focus on what it is that you are trying to accomplish. Modern Elegance TM is not a race to see how much stuff you can accumulate, it’s about using your money in that very smart way that those who know practice, which I talk about in my Youtube video here.

Now ladies, don’t think that I had this epiphany right from the very start of my level-up journey. I certainly did not, and there are plenty of pictures of me as proof that I have shared with you before! However, what I learned in my realization that I am my best investment, and all that spending of what money I did have in a way that actually was NOT supporting my goals (even though I thought at the time it was) is one of the things that set back my transformation. Let’s take, for example, clothing. By NOT knowing exactly what was right for me and why I spent thousands of dollars NOT supporting my transformation by focusing on the wrong garments for me.

If you’d like to stop spending on clothing that is not exactly right for you as well, you may want to jump over to elegantstylist.me so that you don’t miss the next opening. There are many other instances as well where I had to change my spending.

Learning what is important and not important will allow you to discern where your money should go, stop overconsumption, and stop wasting your money down the drain. So always remember… focus on priorities that will serve you long-term!
